How much does it cost to attend ICE?
Registration for ICE is affordable! The cost to register ranges from $25-$55, depending on when you register. The later you register the higher the price goes up. This is where it pays to not procrastinate.

What does my registration include?
Registration includes: access to the trade show floor; demo areas where you can compare products; entrance to the manufacturer giveaways; all Thursday and Friday seminars, panel discussions, and education topics; access to ICE Cool Deals.

What are the ICE cool deals I have heard of?
The ICE cool deals are manufacture specials that are offered at the show. If you are looking to purchase, this is the place and time to do it. Manufacturers that are participating in ICE Cool Deals will be indicated in your official ICE Show Guide.

Do I get any sort of continuing education credits for attending?
Yes! IICRC gives 2 continuing education credits to those that come to ICE. Visit IICRC at their booth to get signed up.

Do I have to sign up for the ICE classes?
Once you have registered to attend ICE, there is no additional sign ups for the free classes that are held on Thursday and Friday.

Can I purchase additional tickets for the giveaway raffle?
No. Each badge will come with two free raffle tickets. You will not be able to purchase additional tickets.

What could I win at the show?
For the last 3 years now, we have had over $50,000 worth of giveaways. Stay tuned for our list of items that will be donated for 2017!

How do I make the most out of my time at ICE?
You will only get out of ICE what you put in to it. So may out your day before coming to the show. Know which booths you want to visit, which professionals you want to connect with, and what classes you plan on attending.

I am bringing my child, how much does it cost for them to come?
Your child is free if 16 years old or younger! You do not need to register them.

What is there to do for my young child?
We have activities to offer for children. We have scavenger hunt and an activity book that come with a box of canyons just for the kids! Sorry adults.

How do I register more than 1 person?
1.) Enter information for the first person 2.) Enter credit card information 3.) Add additional registrants information

Why am I having trouble registering additional people?
You most likely are trying to use the same email address for each person. Each attendee needs to use a separate email address.

I never received a confirmation.
This could be for the following reasons: 1.) you did not hit the final submit button and your registration was never completed 2.) your email address you entered was incorrect 3.) our emails are not on your safe list and our confirmations are being blocked or 4.) there could be mistake on our end so you may need to contact us and we can look into it for you.

I never received a confirmation for the 2nd person I registered for.
They may not be registered. If you tried to use the same email address for multiple people, the registration was never completed. If this is not the issue then please contact us and we can look into it for you.

I already registered. Now I would like to add and purchase a PRE-ICE class. How can I do that?
You will need to contact the ICE team to help you with this.

Where can I pick up my badges?
ICE Registration desk hours will be open Wednesday, January 30, 2018 from 12pm – 6pm; Thursday, February, 1, 2018 from 7:30am – 3pm and Friday, February, 2, 2018 from 7:30am- 2pm. Please bring your confirmation code and proof of ID with you.
